With extensive experience as a nurse specializing in child welfare and psychiatry, along with training in solution-focused brief therapy, yoga nidra, and trauma-sensitive approaches, my mission is to provide a strong foundation for your well-being journey.

Individual Services

I offer brief therapy, coaching, and counseling, integrating mind-body connection, nervous system recovery, and stress management techniques to help you find balance, clarity, and inner resources to navigate life’s challenges. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and include practical exercises for independent well-being support.

Sessions: 60 or 110 minutes, online or in Lohja/Helsinki.

Work Community Services

I help work communities build a supportive, resilient environment by using a trauma-sensitive, nervous system-informed approach. My services focus on preventing stress and burnout, improving communication, and fostering recovery within teams. Practical exercises integrate seamlessly into daily work, ensuring each individual feels heard and valued, strengthening the organization as a whole.

Offerings Include:
